Pacific Compagnie is known for its eclectically stylish furniture, and it brings the same discerning eye to the everyday wooden chair in all its guises. This includes outdoor wooden chair designs for a range of settings such as gardens, terraces and balconies, with a number of versatile pieces that transition effortlessly from indoors to out. Look, for example, at designs such as our Havana wicker chair. This flamboyant piece is finished with an all weather treatment and supported by a powder coated aluminium frame so that it can be left outside in sunshine and rain, the perfect chair for enjoying a drink on the patio after dinner or a relaxing read in the shade of a tree.

For sitting out on the lawn, try our Ascot solid teak folding deckchairs, or our director's chairs, also in teak, with stainless steel underpinnings. Comfortable, solidly constructed and easy to set up and move around, these make versatile, mobile seating options for days of leisure. Meanwhile, if traditional materials don't appeal, we have no shortage of non-wooden outdoor chairs such as the curvaceous Fedro floor rocker. Made of quick drying foam with a covering of vibrantly patterned fabric, this piece looks like a work of abstract sculpture, while also serving as a practical poolside lounger for tanning yourself after a swim.

Antique, vintage and modern wooden chairs

Many of Pacific Compagnie's designs mix wood and other materials for a fresh, contemporary look. One example of this is the Sway chair, which matches a teak frame with a buffed finish to aluminium underpinnings and a covering of airy mesh fabric. This chair also comes in a version with arms in coated stainless steel, a boldly minimalist alternative to the standard bulky armchair. In the meantime, our Maze design is just one of our pieces offering an updated take on the traditional dinning wooden chair, with a subtly angular frame of teak paited with a seating and back of woven strapwork fabric.[/p]

In terms of color wooden chair designs from Pacific Compagnie range from neutral tones (such as coffee, tan, anthracite and granite) that blend seamlessly with most modern décor, to pastels and bold primary hues that provide a sharp contrasting visual accent. And while many of our pieces embrace simple, modern lines, we also draw freely upon period styles, as with our antique wooden high chair model.

If you're hosting a gathering, we have stackable chairs in a selection of hues, silhouettes, fabric patterns and textures, bringing touches of individuality and flair to this often anonymous-looking form of seating. Made from polyethylene and aluminium, with a covering of polyurethane, this versatile item is suitable for convention centres and meeting halls as well as outdoor social events.

In addition, we have folding chairs in galvanised steel painted in various shades, ideal for a French bistro style effect. Other metal chairs include vintage-inspired wrought iron styles like the Saint-Tropez, shapely creations in tubular aluminium like the Curve, pedestal chairs made from steel wire, and wire mesh sling chairs with steel frames for stylish lounging such as the aptly named Heaven series.

Pacific Compagnie can also boast a particularly diverse range of resin chairs. There are eye-catchingly sculptural designs in UV-resistant, mould-injected polypropylene like Pedrera, part of the Sabinas collection by Eugeni Quitlet, and sleek lounge chairs in linear low density polypropylene. In the meantime, our traditional conservatory armchairs made of realistic resin wicker combine the best of the old and the new.
